I just realized that for those of us hanging out in the Christian calendar world, today is
Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras, if your down in New Orleans! Today is the day to eat and do whatever we want. Then tomorrow,
Ash Wednesday, marks the beginning of Lent where we will sacrifice something for 40 days. I'll be thinking all day about what I shall give up...
